This sort of goes hand in hand with Spoiled, the last post I made. I suggest you read it again.
Well, I looked at my drawers again. A lot of stuff, unused. Knick-knacks, pens, erasers. I really love collecting stationary items, but I was wondering: When will I actually use it? The answer was suddenly clear--now. I encourage you to do the same.
Look at your room. What did you make your parents buy? What are the holiday presents you haven't opened? Open them, and use them! If you buy something to never use them, what's the point? Use up the ones you bought first. That case, you won't keep seeing new things, buying them, and abandoning the old ones.
Or even better: give them to someone who will use it! If you are almost completely certain you will never use a certain thing, give it! Maybe the kid at school will buy it off of you. Chances are charity will take it. Send it to your family members from across the world. Someone wants it or maybe needs it, and that person's not you. Don't waste your own space and money. Do something about it!
This is just a short, simple post but I just had to say something after looking at a drawer full of erasers. Cute little erasers. I mean, what was I doing using big pink erasers when I could be using an eraser that looks like a doughnut? It took me 10 years of education to realize that. Please don't take 10 years to realize that.
